Recruitment

How can I work for Parvy Homes Limited?

Parvy Homes Limited is expanding and as such we are always looking for compassionate carers who are able to make a difference in people’s life. Among some of the qualities, we seek dynamic, hardworking, honest, caring and reliable people to become part of our growing team of professional carers and leaders. If you have the qualities and willingness to be part of the team, then we are the company for you.

All our staff undergo Common Induction Standards and are trained in relevant subjects within the ‘caring’ field. Individualised training are delivered by external training providers as well as in-house trainers. The training covers a wide spectrum from the basic mandatory courses to specialised mental health training.

We believe in quality and as such make sure that we provide the best for our service users. As a company, we pave the way for people to become the future managers, rather than remaining in the post that they join in.
Employees wishing to further develop their career, are supported to QCF Level 3,5 and leadership and management courses in line with the organisation’s succession planning policy.
